"We sold our condo in a 2 family Victorian through Dan. Because condos in 2 family homes represent somewhat unique properties, we knew that the buyer would also be somewhat unique. We wanted an agent that had experience selling similar properties. We noted that Dan had bought and sold numerous similar condos in Newton and hence chose Dan as our real estate agent. In general, we are very analytical in our thinking and keep stores of data on homes (including cost of fixtures, appliances etc) in estimating prices of houses and condos.
