Dan provided great counsel to us in preparing our property for sale, timing the listing, pricing, and finishing the transaction. He did a thorough presentation of the comparable units to help us set a price. He recommended a terrific floor guy to install a hardwood floor that made a huge difference in marketability. He handled a number of details we would normally have handled and needed help with. We got a little lucky - a buyer appeared within a few days of our listing the property. Dan advised us in the negotiations (by phone, he was out of town on a family trip), and helped us reach an agreement and handle several rounds of buyer requests.
