I am a life long Newton resident and a second generation realtor. This is my seventeenth year in the business. I started out working for a small realestate company in Allston Brighton area, two years later I opened my own company Demeo Real Estate. I ran Demeo Real Estate successfully for eight years before I joined Remax in Newton. I have been with Remax ever since. I have bought and extensively renovated several properties of my own. This renovation experience carries over to all of my clients. I am able to help my buyers and sellers vision what a home could be and how much things would cost to bring a home up to their standards. My clients have been very happy with my service and a large part of my business comes from past customers and their referrals.
